I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Arrived safe and sound. I really like that inside the package, the foam is in two simple pieces that slide together so it's really easy to get the sink in or out of the box. This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. We have a gas smell the plumber has been out twice and says it is coming from the knobs. Wayfair is working with Zine and there is a one year warranty so I am certain we can resolve this.. Betsy. CO. Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Despite manual specifying what size of pots/pans should be used on which burners, I've been able to have at least 3 large pots/pans all cooking at once.. Visionquest1928. Southern California.
