Well it took 5 months to receive my new table and it was well worth it!!! The delivery/set up company-service was 5 star!!! They did a great job with delivery and installation. However... Wayfair did a poor job of communicating my contact info to the delivery company, I stayed home/missed work for the first delivery date and it was a "no show" because Wayfair gave the delivery people incorrect info. The second delivery date was set for between 11-3PM (yes took off another day from work) the morning of the delivery I received a text message at 7:30 AM that they would be delivering in 30 minutes (hours too early,) the delivery people were super nice and changed the time to when I could receive the delivery - they even showed me the message from Wayfair to them telling them to deliver my table at a much earlier time. Moral of the story - Yes the table is great and I love it, but... Wayfair - please figure out what is going on with your communication with your delivery service!!! We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
