Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. It was pretty good but you typically get an order and just bring back to my hotel room and work on computer one time so I had to 4 star some of him five levels but this place always and wouldn’t be that hot. Sometimes you get honest and then it just wasn’t so I’d have to ask for the tree. He took one guys out for dinner down there to that place and he likes his stuff he used to be pretty sure last couple years just kind of hit the heat we would go for boy they had it together man it was it was was so hot.
