These shelves helped tremendously in a small home with little storage space. After reading the supplied instructions and making a cardboard template tracing, the install went seamlessly!! The drywall cut is vey messy so be prepared and cover your belongings from the dust. We only were able to use screws on one side due to the other side being a metal stud, but it was no problem and the units are solid!! No knobs supplied or needed. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. This medicine cabinet features an inner chamber of clever toiletry storage. At the under the bend of its mirrored finish, an additional open shelf space allows temporary storage or room decor to sit pretty while completing the woodsy vibe in true form.
