Im glad that I found this set on Wayfair to go along with my new cookware. The price on Wayfair was better than on other sites. The protectors keep the interior of my non- stick pans safe when I need to stack pans. The silicone pot holder set has a holder for the pans handle, because it may conduct heat while in use and the pan handles are concave so this makes them easier to hold onto. It seems as though these weights will be good for a lightweight workout. While they do weight 90 pounds over all, I worry about the integrity of the plastic they are made of.
