Unfortunately, we were unable to install this door. Reading back through every description is where I saw the walls have to be 90° I do wish that it was more obvious. If your shower looks like this it will not work. We got everything up went to hang the glass and nothing lined up. Now we are stuck with a glass door we cant use. The instructions for assembly were not great. Most of the time we went off the pictures because it was unclear what it was telling us to do. The frameless pivoting glass panel is made with 6 mm tempered glass with Lotus glass protection and Chrome accents. It pivots both inwards and outwards, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, it creates easy access when cleaning the shower and is also a great solution for slanted ceilings.

We've had this door in our tub for 8 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. Ella Acrylic Walk-in Tubs are vacuum-formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. Ella’s Capri Walk-In Tubs' main feature is the U-shaped outward Swing Door made with an industrial-grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. The Capri comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity-driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows, and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Capri has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, and hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Capri has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8-floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet, and a pull-out multi-functional hand shower. The 5-piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions. Note: The color of the white door frame may vary slightly from the white shell of the tub.

So far this door has been awesome! It has only been installed and used for about a month, but so far so good. The doors glide very nicely and smoothly. Installation was pretty seamless, and we had our concerns due to the irregularities in our walls! Very happy with how this was packaged and transported, as well. I was very concerned about breakage!. Pros: The weight of the door is good if you upgrade to the thicker glass. The overall look is nice. Cons: The rollers are uneven and loud, the installer said they are on the cheaper side and expected higher quality from Kohler. The two doors have different opacity in the frosting with the permanent one frosted and the roller door more see through. The black lines are not metal lining as we expected but instead black paint inside the glass. Installation is incredibly difficult and took our experienced contractor over 5 hours and continual frustration. Overall, it is an OK door for the price but left a lot to be desired.. Frosty323. These semi-frameless glass tub door enclosures enhance the look of any bathroom with bypass shower panels free from aluminum framing. Both 3/16-inch glass panels move within the enclosure.
