I’m very happy with this mattress! It shipped quickly and arrived in a compact box, which made it easy to move into the room. The packaging even included a small plastic knife to safely cut it out of the bag. After unboxing, it expanded properly to the full 14” height. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is super comfortable. It has great back support, it's a bit firm but still comfy. It's a very thick bed which lends to its comfortability factor. My little kiddo and my cats love sleeping with me in this bed, and it's held up very well. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
