Works really well when its working. I know I probably make it work hard having a family of 4, 2 dogs and 4 cats in a 1600sf home. Tried my best to put it in a central location in my house so it could work best. My only complaint is that I believe they recommend the air filters need to be changed about every 3 months and they are 56set. Ive even tried searching for basically a generic set from a different company with no luck. I probably should have put more time into researching an air filter that was less expensive to maintain over time. Does anyone have any suggestions like can I wash and dry the various filter levels and use longer or can I use them longer in general like replacing twice a year instead of 4 times a year. Maybe the cost is worth it for someone with bad allergies, etc. I got this mainly to keep our home cleaner and reduce any smells or dander in the air when we have guests over that might be allergic to cats and situations like that. We arent a super wealthy family but definitely blessed. I guess its just hard to spend money on unfun things like replacement filters than new home decorations, lol. Now that I have it (I used my Christmas gift card to buy it), I wish I had considered other models more and looked at the long term cost of maintaining them when I chose which air purifier to buy.. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
