Really impressed by the way it made making tomato sauce easier than the way I used to do it before. Eliminated the cooking and hand food milling. It was easy to assemble use and clean after a day's use. Only draw back for me is that the crank handle kept falling out of the strainer. Other than that I think it is a very useful tool. I’ve been using much cheaper lights that can run in a series (think shop lights but a bit stronger). This blows them out of the water in intensity. It covers a full 1020 tray of seedlings and burnt a few of them when o wasn’t careful. Luckily it can be dialed back or raised or lowered.
