Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The stands themselves are beautiful and much nicer than expected. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the screw threading on the poles was not perfect. The one pole threading had what looked like a bead of metal or possibly solder which kept the screw from attaching. Fortunately using a file I was able to remove it. A second set of threads was just a little off and I had to force the screw in. Once I got it started however it did attach. So... beautiful stands if you have a little mechanical know-how.. I have a GIANT headboard and with my mattress and boxspring the outlet behind my bed is really hard to get to. This thing is extremely deceptive... what I mean is. It's size does not match its weight. The thing is seriously light. Which lends itself to quality issues. The BT option works but will cycle on a loop of connecting if you leave the BT connection screen open. At least that was my experience. Now, the sound is low end PA (high treble) quality sound. The bass is minimal but there. The pre selected equalizer settings are basically useless. The thing is loud, and it is clear all the way into the upper end of the volume. Now I don't know if it is 3k watts of power as advertised. On the box RMS is 10watts. But this world seems confidant with fuzzy math's. I afterall 3000 is way bigger than 10. For the money.
