Really happy with these chairs. The backs provide firm support, the adjustable feet and head rests are comfortable, the saved positions add nice convenience, and the stitching gives a sleek stylish look. The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders.. Next, I noticed that the recliner's price had been reduced by $550, but Wayfair claimed they couldn't issue a refund after the order had shipped. We have spent thousands of dollars furnishing a new home. I'm disappointed by their policy, but I will explore other options. Alright, no more complaining! The recliner is ideal for our theater room. I used this peel and stick tiles for a garage bathroom floor to give it a more masculine feel. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife.
