The delivery was better than expected. Customer service is rediculous. The table is beautiful, but I wonder if I will be able to assemble. I tried to contact the company to no consequential result. Super disappointed that this item is much shorter than expected. It is about 23 inches high, instead of 29 inches like it was supposed to be. I even called Wayfair before placing the order to make sure I would receive the 29-inch version of this. I thought it was odd that the 29-inch version was less expensive than the 23-inch version, but the Wayfair associate assured me that I was ordering the 29-inch version. The item arrived more than a week later than the originally promised time frame. Also, the finish is a bit lighter than what I expected. There are a few dark marks on the top of the furniture piece that are either from the stain or from sanding that wasn't finished quite right. Otherwise, it seems like a solid, well-made piece. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it.
