We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
