We purchased the Manhattan rustic wicker two seater sofa in January this year to match our 3 seater sofa from the same company and same style we purchased in April last year. I would recommend this product 100%, after using it for 10 months. It looks beautiful, has good firm (w/o being too much) back support, and is deep enough to sit comfortably. I love to lie down and read a book, or have a cup of coffee, enjoying the different seasons, or hanging out with all my dogs on one couch. Delivery was scheduled early am via text received but got another text that driver had been stopped due to mechanical issue and unable to continue until it was repaired. I understand, things happen, Agent said Yes, when I called the number to see if I would get a 2nd text for approx. rescheduled delivery time. On my purchase order instructions clearly read to be delivered Outside My Front Door on Porch. I did not get that 2nd text With the new delivery time; Instead, it was delivered, with no contact late afternoon and left Down Steep Steps on my Back Wet Patio outside in uncovered area (in the elements with rain in forecast, even though I Do Have a Covered Front Porch, as The Requested place to be delivered. I had to Contact & Pay handymen to move the 165 lbs. vanity under temporary cover so it will not be left out in rain. And now I have to call professional movers at $50 per hour to move it from back patio to my covered front porch as requested until we are ready to move it inside.. Margie. Abingdon, VA.
