I ordered this winter cover for next winter, so we have it when closing the pool this fall. It looks nice, but the warranty card included is only paper and looks like it went through a storm. You're to fill it out, place a stamp on the reverse side, and mail it, but it's paper. It won't go through the mailing machine at the post office. The cover works like it should. It warms the water in the pool and I especially like the drain holes. They help keep the cover from coming off when weighed down with rain water. The only complaint I have is in cord that tightens down to hold the cover on. It would do a better job in my opinion if that cord was elastic and would stretch.
