Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. This Wall Mount is simply amazing. Really good quality. It does have a nice cushion protection for the bike to hang it up that seems made of a very nice long life silicone material and protect your bike frame perfectly and stabilize it like nothing else.
