I have had these a few years now. They are holding up well. They have survived two dogs so far, the current dog being a 104lb all black German Shepard. Our previous dog was a tan Pittie who could be quite rambunctious. They have cleaned well after a few stomach issues from both ends. I have a pad under the rug in the living room. I have to say that it seems to loose more fibers than the others when vacuuming and can get snags. Over all the colors are still pretty and it is nice on bare feet. When we first got them there were some hard fibers that felt like stepping on a needle. They have since gone with wear and vacuuming. I love my stone floors, but they are cold in winter. This rug is very nice quality. The colors are much brighter and more intense than in the online photos, but work well with my darker floors and furnishings.
