very easy to assemble. no tools needed cept for the allen wrench provided. the only draw back for me was it reclines way too much when you sit in it. there is a tension wheel ( so to speak) under the seat where you adjust how much it reclines. i tightened it as much as i could & i still think it reclines too much. but now i'm just careful not to rock too far back cause the 1st time i did , (before i tightened the wheel) i almost fell backwards. just be careful when you 1st sit in it! other than that, so far its a great chair. the speakers are good.. I am very late writing this review sinceI purchased this about 5 years ago. The foosball table is perfect. It is a great table and I have never had any issues at all. We live on the beach and this is outside all year round in the wind/rain and salt air. There is no rust or discoloration or anything after 5 years. It is very easy to clean as well. It looks just like the day we bought it. It is the best option in my opinion if you are looking for an outdoor foosball table or indoor for that matter.
