I love how versatile it is because it works great on both hard floors and carpets, and it leaves everything feeling really clean without needing harsh chemicals. The steam power is strong and heats up quickly, which makes cleaning a lot easier and faster. I’ve also used the attachments to steam clothes and clean the bathroom, especially around sinks and tile, and it works surprisingly well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
