Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. So far so good! Temperature is set 25 degrees different between the beverage side and wine side. So far wine is perfect temp. Haven’t had a chance to test the colder beverage section but working great so far. Look is good, not loud at all. I like that the light can easily be turned on or off (I didn’t like the idea of a blue light being on all the time). The wooden sliding shelves are simply designed, they slide easily and just catch themselves on a stop to ensure they don’t slide too far out. Lower lock works easily- just an allen wrench key so if you have a handy teenager maybe not a fail safe lol. If problems arise I’ll update the review but happy and excited about our winecoffee bar!. Great packaging and arrived earlier than expected. This wine refrigerator was easy to install and looks great. The wood shelves are great quality and I like the stainless steel front. I was able to store standard Bordeaux bottles as well as Pinot Noir bottles. I also like the flexibility of being able to remove a shelf if I have even broaderwider bottles.
