Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Beautiful light fixture that fills our 19ft ceiling space perfectly. It came very well packaged and was easy to install. Pictures don't do it any justice. It hangs a couple feet lower than I imagined it would, but unless you are 6'6" tall it will be above your head. If we realized it would be so long, we would have adjusted the wires a bit prior to finishing hanging it.
