I watched him walked to the back of the truck and remove a box that was clearly open, even his own picture showing proof of delivery, shows the box wide open. He never attempted to close the box back up to secure the bottles. In our Ring Camera video, you can hear the bottles clanging as he is walking them to our garage door.
