Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. I was looking for a modern-style, small diameter fan and this fit the bill perfectly. I put it together myself with little to no DIY ability and had an electrician install. They were done in about five minutes and I really like how you can change the light from cooler to warmer as well as dim the brightness.
