We got this for our home workout space. It was fairly simple to assemble and the directions were clear cut. It has a comfortable seat and is easy to use. The only downside is the manual tension calibration is a little tedious due to having to assemble to test and then disassemble to adjust to the proper setting. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
