I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. The memory foam is very comfortable and gives good support without sinking in too much. I’ve been sleeping much better since switching to this mattress. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. I was excited to have found a near perfect match to my existing floor, so we decided to replace the old tiles from one part of the bathroom which had damaged tiles but when the installer tried to set them they were breaking in his hands even before he could lay them down.
