I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. We first ordered another brand that was 10" deep too but only 13.5" wide. And it was too small but also looked "off" in dimensions. A 3 to 2 ratio for width to depth is aesthetically perfect.. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)
