It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. March 2026 This is my 4th time purchasing matteress from Wayfair… and my personal 2nd one. I also use a platform storage bed just for knowledge, I have now been sleeping on it for about 7 days. I have to be honest it is comfortable and not foam soft, but it is soft. I am actually adding a boxspring today enforce some stability just for my own wants! I’m 40 a nurse 15yrs) also see chiropractor 3x week and with my firm contour pillow I have to say it helps my neck back pain. I opened it on top of my previous mattress for about 48 hours while waiting getting bedroom together. I also use a mattress protector so I utilize queen deep fitted sheet standard fitted only king for my cheaper sheets. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. I really like this king size bed. I have a bad lower back and I have been unable to sleep in the bed we had before this one. And that bed cost us about 1,000. This bed from Wayfair cost a lot less than and it is so comfortable! I can sleep through the night and my back doesnt hurt in the morning. My husband loves it too. It also doesnt make me hot at night. It came in a box, and was vacuum sealed. They mean it when they say stay out of the way when you open it. I put it on one side of the bed, where it would unroll out to the other side while opening. It almost took out my cat. Lol. It also doesnt have an odor like some new beds. Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable..
