It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable..
