If you're intimidated by wood crown, try foam! I'm actually very impressed with how real it looks. Installing them on our laundry cabinets was a breeze. We used a simple handsaw to cut miters. Glued it onto the cabinet, caulked some seams, and wa-la! Before painting, we did a quick sand and then two coats of paint. One thing about the foam I really like is once it's painted it looks smooth without any brush strokes -- looks factory painted just like the cabinets. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. It's lovely material, but the install was initially pretty (conceptually) tough. Screwed up with the adhesive and had to order another piece of this. The main thing that saved the final install was using a (cordless) nailer, which made it a lot easier. If you don't have one, recommend to borrow one from a friend (hopefully you already have one). If you don't use a nailer, try to find the least obtrusive finish nails / use a precision finish tool (not sure what it is called but it's a little thing you use with a hammer to push the nail heads deeper, but not so that you dent the moulding) to submerge the nail heads. When you paint this, also recommend to start with the little domes and really work around them so paint does not pool. Finish the rest of the paint job with swipes in parallel to the length of the 'board'. I ended up using four coats of paint...it was worth it. Your mileage may vary!
