The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Only a setback we have with the Jacuzzi Cover that come with a hole in the interior of the fabric but we contacted Wayfair and we expecting a replacement. So here are the highlights: This unit is fast , quiet, and has quite a few whistles if you will. Area on steam head for essential oils and a wonderful chromatherapy light, two control panels (inside and outside) and the auto drain. I purchase the in line filter too ( florida has hard water) . In all extremely pleased. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating. Looking for a black matte finish on the steam heads and controllers, not available and the oil rubbed bronze look on these is just okay. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
