The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash. However, there are a few downsides. Since it's made of plastic, some of the pieces didn't fit together as smoothly as expected, despite my efforts to level the platform and deburr the edges. Specifically, some of the corner trim was slightly too long, which prevented the corner roof panels from fitting properly. Additionally, the holes in the top tiles didn't line up exactly with the main roof panels, even though the panels lined up with the trusses and walls. The window latches were also difficult to turn, and I had to trim the plastic inserts significantly to get them to work. I'll need to contact Lifetime to get a couple of replacement windows due to a manufacturing defect. Despite these minor issues, I'm satisfied with the shed overall. I did have some difficulty putting most of it together alone. The doors absolutely require two people, so it's definitely easier with help throughout. I'm glad I received good help with the doors. I didn't need to level or have any issues with the door assembly. I love the rolling double door and single door. It's great to open it up in nice weather and makes it convenient for ventilation when using a table saw and then blowing out the sawdust. The directions, YouTube video, and BILT app were helpful and straightforward. If you have DIY experience, it's not overwhelming, but it's still a big project that took me a full workweek to complete. There were a lot of screws and bolts, and it was much more time-consuming than the two other plastic sheds I've built before.
