This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. The wood pattern was just as shown. Received four damaged pieces, (we had to build the bed with the damaged pieces due to company coming) and then take apart to replace damaged pieces. Customer service was efficient. After filling out the damaged item request, replacements arrived quickly with out hassle. The back panels vibrated when moving around on the bed. Comes in 4 boxes, received 2 on one day the other 2 the next day. Really nice set, pretty happy with it. Couple of extras that we are doing to it, the brackets to hold the frame to the wall can be seen when bed is down just going to paint them white to make it less noticeable. The barrel of the hinge for the shelf can be seen when the bed is in the up postion. Definitely need to support the bed frame to the wall and into the studds a must. We bought two of these for our guestgame room. There are a lot of steps to put them together but its actually quite easy. I suggest having a second person as some of the pieces are long, its just easy to line up with the other person. The wheels worked better on carpet than I thought they would.
