Due to the processes used in the manufacturing of hand-made and hand-glazed containers, all variations with respect to firing, color, size, and crackling are natural occurrences in the manufacturing process. The glazes on containers consist of natural, not chemical, components and therefore the final color of the product will vary. This process creates the unique beauty of each piece.

One of the three planters came smashed to pieces. Not just cracked, but actually smashed with dust in the bottom of the bag. I tried to get a partial refund but Wayfair’s form would only give me $5 unless I returned all three. The box is huge and ungainly and the other planters will just break, plus I want them, so I’d rather not go through a full return. It would be really nice if the “report a problem” feature actually let you contact some form of customer service.
