One of the three planters came smashed to pieces. Not just cracked, but actually smashed with dust in the bottom of the bag. I tried to get a partial refund but Wayfair’s form would only give me $5 unless I returned all three. The box is huge and ungainly and the other planters will just break, plus I want them, so I’d rather not go through a full return. It would be really nice if the “report a problem” feature actually let you contact some form of customer service. This Talavera ceramic pot is hand-painted in a multicolored theme. It has a hole drilled at the bottom to allow the water to flow. We recommend to use a smaller plastic planter to put inside; this will prevent eroding to happen and will give a longer life.
