Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
