You absolutely need two people at the end to hold the shoe organizer up while you screw them into the cabinet. Also, don't panic if you can't find screws "I"—they are packaged together with screws "D". The instructions were mostly clear, though they completely forgot to mention part "L" (for the back panel), so I didn't use them, but it still turned out perfect. I love this storage bench. The wood laminate is very convincing and well finished. The curved edge is very clean and modern. I just wish there was a way to adhere or strap the pillowpad onto the top to secure it, I am worried the kids will slip right off if they sit on it. But it is perfect for me. There were a few minor dents and scratches and I was missing a couple of screws so that wasnt great but the hardware for the doors is so nice.
