Assembly instructions not complete even after ordering replacement hardware and directions. Everything was crooked due to the holes being drilled differently on each piece (see photo). No directions for how to hand the floating self no hard ware to hang it. Also the self is brown unlike the picture of the item. Lots of damage to corners of each piece. Will be requesting refund.
