This tiles are far more beautiful than the photos on Warfair and my photo. The lines are much lighter and more elegant. The tiles are polished and glossy. They are extremely heavy and should be moved with great care. I have a new, beautiful vanity, mirror and toilet waiting to be installed, along with these wonderful tiles, but my contractor is extremely busy and has kept me waiting over a month. I should probably ask my contractor to review this product, since I didn't have to install it myself. All I can say is that it looks great and opens and closes smoothly. If you're not experiencing this with yours, then maybe it was the installer's fault. One drawback is that it's not very tall. At 5'7", I can step into my shower without ducking. My sons (5'10") would have to duck, as does my 6'2" boyfriend. But maybe that's standard now? Whatever.
