This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Just purchased a lake front lot wanted a gazebo for entertaining. Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. I was a little nervous about how much manufactured materials are in it, but it's quite a solid, smooth and pretty table. Wasn't hard to get the skirt and legs on. Unboxing it and disposing of all the packaging was more work than getting it together. Couple of tips - get a hex drill bit (most common furniture size) and ratcheting screwdriver. It'll take forever with the tiny allen wrench supplied. Also, the screws can be hard to because of the way they're installed. High quality table. Just ran into some delivery and setup complications. Those were totally out of Wayfair’s hands. Make sure you have professionals in your area that can set it up for you. It’s also very heavy (supposed to be), getting delivered in my home was an issue too. The delivery guys tried to drop in on my front porch despite the fact that I paid extra for in-home delivery.
