We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. If you have not installed a toilet I wouldn’t recommend that this be the first one that you try overall love the quality love the luck really glad that I got it and I would highly recommend it to others.
