You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a premium product, i expected a lot from this...and it delivered. The installation is about as straight forward as you can get...find the studs (even if they arent 16 or 24 OC, get it level and screw it in. Really couldn't be simpler. Be mindful of that there is a piece that is designed to go on the bottom of the wall...which i did not realize until it was too late. Thought all if them were the same. There were a couple draw backs that were more aesthetic than functional, but at this price point, i think it bears mentioning. The top magnetic strip to cover the last row of screw holes is extremely weak. Would have rather them just added 3 super powerful magnets and be done with it. If that strip gets at all dirty, forget about it, wont stick. There was also one piece of slat that was a little bowed. Luckily when the weight of a shovel is applied it hugs the wall nicely so no one is the wiser...still worth mentioning though just in case you are using it for small tool storage.
