I am so happy with this faucet. the instructions are a bit lacking, but we were able to figure it out. I would still love better instructions on use. My husband doesn't like that it seems to not have as much pressure as our previous kitchen faucet. It may be because we needed to extend the hoses below to reach. Keep this in mind as you may need to purchase additional hose. I do love the touchless with the temperature showing. I also love the style and color along with the spray controls. This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely..
