Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This is probably the best Toto bidet toilet out there, I'm surprised it doesn't get enough advertisement. We have had probably 4 or 5 different bidet toilet between Kohler and Toto and this one definitely comes on top. It's the perfect size and the seat is comfortable. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

Have not installed yet but the item looks to be of great quality and the installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. The desktop is constructed of a thermal fused melamine laminate tabletop that is 1-inch thick and finished with a black T-Mold edge band. This tabletop is double-sided, simply pick the side you like and install the base on the other. Rounded corners make the desk safer for everyone. Self tapping wood screws and a placement template are included. Laminates are scratch, stain and scald resistant and wipe clean easily. The legs and modesty panel are constructed of a sturdy metal with a stylish black finish to match any decor.
