Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I absolutely love my desk! I would give it 5 stars but I could use at least one drawer. It is large so if you like to work with multiple monitors you'll have plenty of space for that and your files. Overall, I like this desk. I wanted a white desk with a back panel to help conceal the abundance of cords and equipment I have (my desk is for both work and gaming so I have 2 computers that hide under the desk. Overall, this feels like a quality desk. I love the shape and it was relatively simple to put together (did it by myself, would’ve been even easier with a second person). My only complaint is about weight distribution. I have two monitors, and they’re curved so they’re a little heavier (16lbs each). Because the back panel doesn’t sit at the back edge of the desk, and is instead recessed a little bit, you need to be mindful of how much weight you’re putting on the back of the desk. I have a dual arm monitor mount that holds both monitors and clamps to the back of the desk, but I couldn’t use it- after fastening it to the back of the desk, I noticed the front parts of the side walls of the desk raising up off the ground. I went back to 2 regular monitor stands, but even then, I had to use some shimssmall furniture pads to keep the desk level. Note that the desk feels very study, and it’s not that it’s wobbling- but if you put a significant amount of weight (2 heavy-ish monitors) on the back edge of the desk, it will lift the front part of the desk off the ground a bit. If you have just a laptop or a single monitorkeyboardmouse on the desk, this won’t be an issue at all. Just be mindful of how much weight your stuff weighs!. Regan. Fri May 01 2026

A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
