Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I was surprised at how quiet this dishwasher is. The top rack for cutlery is a big improvement over my last dishwasher, and I like the being able to change the height of the the top rack (even changing the heights indepdentently to give more room to taller items on one side).
