This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. We just had this toilet installed and it is absolutely beautiful and very elegant looking. I had looked at a lot of different ones and liked this sleek and modern design the best. I also love that it is made of Porcelain (harder and stronger) and not ceramic. The plumber found it pretty easy to install and it came with everything needed. The seat is comfortable; the open and close mechanism is smooth. I love the touch button at the bottom, makes it unnecessary to touch the lids. The flush is very quiet and I LOVE that. The toilet is water resistant and that should it a lot easier to clean without worrying about shorting the electrics of it. It does say that it is antimicrobial, but, I do not see a UV light for disinfecting so there is no way to be sure. I like that it has a manual flush option, so it can be used even if the power goes out… I am yet to try the bidet and warming functions (Will update review after I have done so).. Arpita. I ordered the Crestle from Wayfair and it arrived very quickly in 3 days. However, my toilet while it didn’t appear damaged on the outside from shipping, had a manufacturing defect on the inside where one spot in the bowl had a bad casting gap and led to a crack. I reached out to Wayfair and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new one came just as quick and had no defects on the porcelain. After installation, it went well but after a week of using it, I noticed the reception on the remote is quite poor. Turns out if you’re sitting on the toilet, your body will tend to block the remote rf signal unless the remote is on your right side. Also holding the remote in different positions yielded different results as to whether it was detected or not by the toilet. I reached out to Crestle customer support and was told my solution is to just move the remote closer than it is. That’s kinda not possible and not ideal for the signal to be that weak. There are some other quirks like it auto flushing the second you lift up your leg instead of 10 second delay like the manual states. So in the end, big plus for Wayfair, but thumbs down on Crestle support, and the odd quirks that they couldn’t help me with. Biggest complaints are remote signal strength, and no auto flush delay configuration. 4 stars mainly because of Wayfair, and the price and features of the toilet.
