It took 3 tries to receive a full box of unbroken tiles. Not packed well!! The agents at Wayfair couldn’t have been more helpful. After second box came broken(every tile) I was assured that the next box would b usable. I was not convinced but a full box of unbroken tile showed up at my front door almost immediately. I’m really happy with this tile. The quality honestly exceeded what I was expecting. It feels solid and well made, and you can tell it’s going to hold up over time.
