I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. I hope I will be able to edit this post and share pictures of the finished project next month! I absolutely adore these tiles. They’re stunning! The deep green color has the perfect level of character and variation it’s just perfect. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but the way they were packed was quite disappointing. Instead of using a piece of paper or something to separate the layers of tiles, they used this strange dried gluestrip. It probably would have been helpful, but it wasn’t applied to the highest ridge of the tiles, resulting in some scuff marks on the outer edges. I’m sure they won’t be noticeable to anyone else, but I notice EVERYTHING (it’s a curse). Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase at this point prior to installation. The tiles are simply beautiful. I did receive one box of broken tiles, but Wayfair was fantastic. They sent me a replacement box right away and didn’t make me return the broken ones. These glossy ceramic wall tiles are super cute in person and arrived very well packaged. The tiles were heavily protected with multiple layers of packaging, and none of them were broken. We were really impressed with how secure everything was during shipping. Each box is fairly heavy, so just be prepared for that when handling them. We ordered the 12” x 24” size, and because the tiles are large, installation went fairly quickly in our bathroom. The finish looks beautiful, and everything feels high quality. So far, there are no cracks or issues, and they are very easy to clean. They also match really well with our shelves and overall bathroom design. For the price, this is an unbeatable deal. I used the Prizm Tiles in my kitchen backsplash and it completely changed the space. I mixed the white matte, white glossy, and the iridescent hologram pieces, and the way the light hits them is insane. During the day it looks clean and bright, and at night the glossy and hologram tiles really reflect under the cabinet lighting.
