These delivery guys are heroes. Yes the tile came in good. Yes so far I've discovered nothing broken. And yes the drivers and delivery were extremely kind and apologetic for being so late. My delivery wait was more than 2 hrs later than stated, but these guys communicated with me. My major issue with wayfair is not the service or delivery. It's with your automated system of feed back. I was texted early morning about the schedule. But the tracking system needs more feed back. My delivery had a four hour window....but since there was no real time Loop, I was not told closer to the 4th hour, so I waited for 4hrs plus 2 more. Wayfair...COMMUNICATE with your drivers so they can tell us to be there or go about our day within a 1 hr delivery time. And space out deliveries! This could have waited another couple of days...be honest if you have issues...and DONT BLAME THE DRIVERS!!! They went above and beyond but really? All the color variants are a perfect fit for the bathroom floor, the bathroom wall, the shower floor, the shower wall, and the kitchen floor. They are the lowest-absorption (impervious) tiles, which absorb less than 0.5% of their weight and are suitable for all indoor uses. A V2 slight variation is defined as clearly distinguishable differences in texture and/or pattern with similar colors. These rectified, straight edge, matte, nontextured, nonglazed, with no natural variation, rectangular, marble look, singular, matte, porcelain tiles are heat-resistant, slip-resistant, fire-resistant, and frost-resistant. Please note that a sample of this product is a partial piece that is manually cut with a machine from the full-size tile. That is done so that customers can analyze the product and its respective variations in different design types. Shipping and delivery of a sample are much faster than a case or sheet order, especially if the order is Less than Load Freight (LTL). This is beautiful tile that looks just like marble. The Porto 12”x24” I ordered is matt finished, it matches the other tile I already have in polished finish. I plan to mix the matt and polish tile together in my powder room. I’m not sure if you can tell by looking at the photos that one tile is polished and the other one is matt. Both tiles look quite luxurious. So, yes, I am quite happy with my new Porto Marble look tile.
