We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included.
